    • Do you accept returns?

      We do not accept returns on edible products. Defective cartridges or devices may be shipped back to us and replaced at the purchaser's expense.
    • I don't like the flavor I ordered. Can I get a refund or exchange it?

      Unfortunately, taste is subjective. We cannot promise that every flavored product is for you. We cannot offer refunds or returns on any edible products unless they are defective.
    • My product was stolen or lost in the mail. Do you offer refunds?

      Once our products have left our possession, we are not responsible for stolen or lost items. Please ship your products to a safe and secure location, and follow your tracking progress via your automated tracking # sent to you via email. Products can be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com. Contact the USPS for lost or stolen items. If you believe your product was lost due to our negligence, contact us at info@totallycbd.net
